About the casinos that issued these tokens

Casino Palace was established in 1995 on Calea Victoriei 133, Bucharest, in Casa Vernescu (Vernescu House is a historical monument, erected in 1821). After 1990 in Casa Vernescu is housed the Union of the Romanian Writers.

Princess Casinos have two casinos in Bucharest. Havana Princess Casino functions from 1995 (on Regina Elisabeta Boulevard, 13), and Perla Princess Casino from 2002, on Regina Elisabeta Boulevard, 9. Probably both casinos use the same type of tokens.

Partouche Casino works from 2000 at Athenee Palace Hilton Hotel, on Episcopiei Street, 1-3, in Bucharest.

MGM Casino International is located on Calea Victoriei 68-81, also in Bucharest. The casino works with lei and dollars, so the token presented on this page is, most probably, a 5 $ piece.

Casino Central is placed on Lenau Street 6, in Timişoara.
