The site was built to be visited with Internet Explorer 5 at 800x600x24bit resolution or higher. The site also works fine on Netscape Navigator 6.2, Mozilla 1.0, Opera 5 and Oligo 2.0 .

If Romanian diacritical characters do not appear correctly, please manually switch to ***Central European (Windows)*** in the View / Encoding menu - if you're using Internet Explorer - or try something similar in your browser.

To enjoy a pleasant visit make sure your browser is set to display medium size text. If it is not already then set it from View/Text size/Medium (for IE users but not it's not so hard to make the change if using other).

If you either encountered problems with shortcuts or the page is all messed up, most likely the "fully scalable" browser is to blame. This kind of browsers destroy the creative work of the builders if set to ignore the web pages formatting indications.

Because some of the pages employ scripts, you MUST enable Jave if it isn't already. Many browsers allow the Java scripts and the in-line frames activation/deactivation and even allow to force page displaying with other fonts and other CSS than the one specified by the page. The site uses its own CSS and specifies the character set. If these are not allowed on your computer the site pages might look weird, thou featuring the same content.

In order to surf the site the Netscape users must check the "Enable JavaScript for Navigator" checkbox from the "References/Advanced" menu, otherwise they will be stuck on the first page of the site. To see the site as it was conceived they should also check the "Appearance/Fonts/Allow document to use other fonts", "Appearance/Colors/Always use color and background specified by the web page" and the "Appearance/Show Tooltip" checkboxes.
