inscription MĂRȚIȘORUL, inside inner linear circle a "mărțișor" placed over a vertically divided field (at left, white - winter, at right - springtime), following the rim six snowflakes (at left) and six suns (at right), all these elements signifying the end of winter and the beginning of a new spring

The coin belongs to the Holidays, culture, traditions series. Although it bears the year 2014, the coin was released in 2015.
