Reverse: goddess Tyche to the left, crowned, sittind on a throne, holding cornucopia in the left hand and a rudder in the right hand, face value D (Δ), legend MHTPOΠON TOV TOME ΩC (last two letters are in exergue), outer pearl circle

The coin belongs to the category of provincial Roman coins also called sometimes Greek imperial. It seems to be made from orichalcum, a copper and zinc alloy. Probably is a cast fake. The coin corresponds to the description at number 2256 in the Moushmov catalog.
